Red Mug Coffeehouse serves hearty soups, sandwiches and salads along with tempting sweets. We also have a great selection of beer and wine. Micro brews and Organic wines! We focus on sourcing local and organic ingredients as much as possible.
Scones are made fresh every morning. Walk into the aroma of scones made the right way - with butter and cream. Some of our favorite flavors include: Ginger and Chocolate, Blueberry, Date Walnut, Cranberry Orange and the list goes on.
Our soups are vegetarian and hearty, giving you a healthy and satisfying option. Come and try some amazing soups that include Thai Tomato, Butternut Squash, Tuscan White Bean, Borscht, Algerian, Potato Florentine and many more delicious choices all served with a slice of seeded ciabatta bread.
Our Panini sandwiches feature locally made breads from Sustenance Bakery (located above the Red Mug here in the Trade and Commerce Marketplace) and the Daily Bread in Ashland, Wisconsin. These amazing breads are the foundation of our Panini sandwiches that include Turkey and Cheddar on Cranberry Walnut bread or our Ham and Provolone on Foccacia all lightly brushed with olive oil and Panini grilled.
We serve unique salads that combine exciting flavors and textures, including goat cheese, almond, and cranberries with poppy seed dressing or blue cheese, walnuts with balsamic vinaigrette served on a bed of mescalun.
Our sweets include various family recipes from employees and friends. Moms' and Grandmothers' recipes included. All our baked goods are made with real butter and avoid hydrogenated fats. That's why they taste so good!
