At Red Mug we pride ourselves in serving 100% organic and fair trade coffee roasted by Alakef Coffee of Duluth, Minnesota – a superb locally roasted coffee.  We also have fresh, local whole bean coffee available for purchase.

Red Mug serves an excellent selection of local micro brews, select wines and White Winter Winery meads.

We are well known for our delicious scones, also made fresh at Red Mug a variety of bars, deserts and cookies.

We count on Third Street Bakery in Duluth, MN, Sustenance Artisan Breads in Superior, WI and the Daily Bread in Ashland, WI to supply us with additional goodies.

The soup of the day varies throughout the week and is made fresh from scratch every morning.

Panini Sandwiches    (it's a grilled sammy served with

Rueben - layers of corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut grilled to perfection and topped with Thousand Island dressing.

 Turkey and Cheddar on Cranberry Walnut Bread - This fantastic melody of flavors has become a Red Mug favorite. 

Ham, Cheddar & Red Onion on Eight Grain – Smoked ham, sharp cheddar and tasty red onion, grilled to perfection on this simple, but satisfying sandwhich.

 Vegetarian Panini - Mushrooms, red peppers, and our home-made pesto topped with provolone and served on grilled ciabatta bread.

 Ham & Provolone - Ham, provolone, organic tomato & red onion, basil-olive oil, served on fresh foccacia from

Sustenance Artisan Bakery.

Cheddar on Sour Dough - a grown-up version of this childhood favorite. A medium cheddar grilled on mouthwatering sourdough from Ashland's Daily Bread. 

Wrap Sandwiches            (served with kettle chips and a pickle)

Tomato Basil Wrap - with hummus, cucumber, spinach and black olives create this  nutritious and delicious sandwich.  

 Grilled Wrap - with provolone cheese, red onion, green pepper, banana peppers, spinach & chipotle mayo.

Salads   Add grilled chicken to any salad - $1.75

the Happy Farmer - A great little salad, just right for lunch and healthy too!  Spring mix, blue cheese crumbles and walnuts served with delightful balsamic vinaigrette.

Caesar - a nice little Caesar salad can be just what the day demands.  Fresh romaine, parmesan cheese and home - made croutons served with Cardini's famous Caesar dressing.

the Escondida - Cranberries & goat cheese served on a bed of Romaine lettuce and topped with a tangy sweet poppy seed dressing.   Everyone's favorite.
